Yes. Contact support by e-mel with your account reference and the date you registered. We will send you a copy of the terms version that was in force on that date, including any subsequent updates you were notified of via your registered e-mel.

The core account terms apply equally regardless of which payment channel you use. Specific processing timelines and any applicable limits for Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX are set out in the Payments clause of the full terms document.

We send a notification to your registered e-mel address whenever a material change is made to these terms. The effective date of each revision is also shown at the top of the full terms document on this page so you can track what changed and when.

Access to live4du2 is subject to local law and is available only where local law permits. If you access the platform from outside Malaysia, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of the jurisdiction you are in, as stated in the Jurisdiction clause.

You may request deletion of personal data by contacting support with a written request. We will process your request subject to any legal retention obligations — such as the five-year transaction record requirement — and confirm completion within 14 business days.
